Conditions of cooperation

General Arrangement:

The following conditions apply only to sports merchants. If you are such a trader and you are interested in selling Jadberg products, please send us your trade license or extract from the OR and we will send you a catalog for merchants with a business price list. Payment Terms:

Deliveries up to CZK 3,000 are sent only by cash on delivery.
The third three payments at a new customer are made in cash or on cash or pro forma invoices.
If the buyer does not meet the payment terms of any current contract, all other deliveries will be postponed until the payments are made. In this case, the supplier has the right to request a cash payment or a prepayment for additional deliveries.
If the customer deliberately ceases to fulfill the terms of a contract that has already been developed or partly delivered, the supplier has the right to request the customer to fully reimburse the costs incurred by not deducting the entire delivery.
Jadberg reserves the right to require, even after partial performance of the contract, that the purchaser has reasonable assurance that it will meet its obligations. In the event that the customer will be paying the invoice in default, or his payments will be made in substitute terms, all further deliveries will be made by cash on delivery or by pro forma invoice.
If the buyer has an agreement for a longer maturity than 14 days and will be charged for late payment, the agreement for the extended maturity will be terminated and further deliveries will be made by cash on delivery or pro forma invoice.
If the customer has an agreement on discounts on goods and will be charged for late payment, the discount agreement will expire and other supplies will no longer be priced. The same applies to discounts calculated retroactively.

Orders:

Orders are accepted in writing, by telephone, by fax, by e-mail.
Minimum quantity to order if the product is not in stock is 5pcs of type, color, variant and size (this limit does not apply to whole sets where, of course, there may be eg 1 piece of goalie jersey, etc.).
When ordering a smaller quantity, the following surcharges apply: 1-2pcs + 50%, 3-4pcs + 25% to the standard price of the product.
The product identification number, color combination, quantity and size must be specified in the order.
When ordering sets of dresses and clothing, you need to specify: Product type, size, color combination, length of sleeves (for jerseys) and quantity.
When ordering prints on clothing, it is necessary to state: Whether you require number-size, color, type, range (eg 2-16) and location for jerseys or shorts. Attach the logo (a quality printout or a floppy disk with the logo in electronic format (* .ai, * .cdr, * .EPS) - can also be sent by e-mail), color and quantity, and attach the drawing of the jersey, shorts or other clothing which will show where the prints are to be placed. Unfortunately, we can not produce logos from poor quality originals. If necessary, we can design and submit your logo for reconciliation. If you are interested, we can process the graphic design of the jersey, including prints, and send it to you for approval, but only if the logos are delivered in electronic form in the above formats.
The order is considered unmanned until the last piece of ordered goods is delivered

Terms of delivery:

Delivery time for sporting equipment outside of clothing is 1-3 days (if the required assortment is in stock).
Delivery time for clothing is 3-5 weeks (including prints of ads and numbers).
Express deliveries: Upon prior agreement, an express delivery of a set of jerseys (including all prints) can be arranged. In the case of express delivery, the following surcharges apply: Within 3 business days: + 100%, up to week: + 50%, up to 14 days: + 25% of the delivery price.
We ship goods by post, lorry, shipping company, or can be picked up after prior agreement in the JADBERG warehouse.
Goods are not included in shipping costs.

Complaint terms:

We will review each claim within the deadline, with all the requisites (claim tickets, invoice numbers, paragons with the date of purchase), and we will immediately resolve.
If the claim does not contain the above-mentioned requirements or if it does not meet the hygiene conditions, it will not be taken into account.
Complaints not related to manufacturing or material defects must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

Quantity discounts:

Volume discounts are applied from business prices at a one-off take-off without VAT.
In case of collection: 40.000, - Kč ........ 2% discount, 60.000, - Kč ........ 3% discount, 80.000, - Kč ........ 4% discounts, 100.000, - CZK ........ 5% discount.
Individual discounts can be arranged based on turnover over a given period.

Other arrangements:

All logos and designs of the Jadberg product line are the property of Jadberg, and any use or expansion is prohibited without the permission of JADBERG.

The name "JADBERG" is a registered trademark and its owner is JADBERG.

JADBERG reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice. The validity of these conditions automatically cancels the issue of new terms.
