She has a good friend loaned me a book, she knew I was sporting and running in the running and on the bike.
The book is called Life without Borders, and it's the story of a young girl named Chrissie Wellington and her journey to this sport, where she is beautifully describing the whole race, especially in Hawaii. I could not break away from the book and go on a trenner bike until she read the book. I decided to prepare for these distances in 5 months at the local Moravianman, the Czech Republic in Otrokovice 3,8km swimming 180km round 42,2 marathon. I notice that I was an absolute freak, I never went to a racetrack and never marathon.
2 as I prepare for the race
Fortunately, I have a very good coach who writes my training plans for every day. Under the direction of coach Petr Vabroušek, I moved mainly into the bicycle.
3, the greatest success
My greatest achievement is still the same year since the first race of Moraviaman nomination for the World Championship in Hawaii. I got the slot at the Irornmen race in Mallorca in September where I won. 2 months of preparation under management.

At school I participated successfully in a lot of competitions and once I competed in Kroměříž for our school, where I went to the athletic club later and my parents signed for the signing, I was 14 years old.

I like to read a book there, but it's not the time to spend my time on family, training, work.

That's hard, I've had a long pause. from 22 to 33 years and all the time devoted to children, but I tried to go every day with a stroller, that is, out of pregnancy and breastfeeding, that really did not do anything.

This year's biggest goal of the world championship in Hawaii, which I am going to give everything, which is now very difficult to prepare since January, so I hope I can sell it. Then they will see.

Yes I run in the rain in frost, snow, mud, in any weather. The same lap, just swimming I go to the spa in the winter.
14, I take dietary supplements and protein
Yes, I'm bad for it, but there is not much time to prepare for food, so 1-2 * protein + Bcaa + ionták
15, what kind of food I prefer
here I am about to disappoint. Though I'm not well with him, I love the stinking of my mother. I drive him every Tuesday and always get half a sheet of paper, then he burns me to the table until the evening. Otherwise, I eat very healthy, meat on a grill with vegetables, etc ... something that is easy for me and I can start another training session in the hour.
16 what I do when I'm bored
Well, I do not bother, I need a day longer. Even now I write and eat at dinner, and then I go to sleep. If I take a moment to rest for 10 minutes, I close my eyes and the speedboat.
